Bereavement Service

Our Bereavement Service helps relatives, loved ones and carers when a patient has died in our hospital. 

If you have suffered a bereavement within our hospital, I would like to offer my sincere condolences for the loss. It is not to be underestimated that the loss of a loved one is devastating. We have a dedicated Bereavement Service who can provide support and answer any questions you may have. We can liaise with the clinical teams to provide a written response or arrange a meeting with key members of the team who cared for your loved one. We are able to pass on any comments or compliments or you may have for members of staff who looked after you loved one.
