KGH Chief Executive to lead Group Management Model

A chief executive has been appointed for the Group Management Model for Kettering and Northampton general hospitals.
Simon Weldon, the current Chief Executive of Kettering General Hospital, will become the Group Chief Executive across both Trusts later this year.

Offering our amazing staff a free breakfast

We have been very fortunate in having a number of local businesses donate food and items to us during these testing times.
This has given us the opportunity to offer our amazing staff a free breakfast this morning. We saw over 700 staff stop by our staff area to have either a bacon roll, cereal, or toast. All with a hot cup of tea or Nespresso coffee.

The section of Kettering General Hospital’s A&E department that deals with children is moving to a different location within the hospital.
The move will enable the remaining A&E department to be adults only and give the hospital more capacity for its coronavirus response.
