Today we are proud to launch our new Group Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals (AHP) Strategy. Launched by Leanne Hackshall, Director of Nursing and Quality at KGH and Sheran Oke, Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Patient Services at NGH; the new strategy explains how this will signal the start of the future for these three professional groups. During the development of our strategy, it became apparent that our Nurses, Midwives and AHP’s had a clear vision to inspire a culture of providing only the best quality of care. From this, the acronym VoICE was born, (Vision of Inspiring Care Excellence).
