Joanne Fisher - Joanne was awarded the NHSE Safeguarding award for her sterling work with some very complex cases.
Jo demonstrated all the trust values especially those of empathy and courage and advocated for the unborn/newborn. Jo had multiple courageous conversations as part of this process.
Lizzie Hall - Lizzie was awarded the NHSE Safeguarding Award for her leadership of the children’s safeguarding service during a particularly challenging time.
Lizzie was able to role model, mentor and coach staff through this period whilst developing the service.
